"The casino claimed that it did not comply with the rules, since I have all the history I have everything, I won 5 thousand and they did not pay me, they simply disappeared with my money" So it's more likely about voided winnings. I presume.

No rules that was really a joke just because it was a high amount, I have all the earnings histories there
