Hi, I believe I understand this circle you have been through because just recently I've discussed the Anjouan complaint process with another player and i can tell it's pretty much the same insanity, just without Ask Gamblers involved. Would you be interested in checking the other communication? The thread is here, called "What can a player do when the casino, ADR providers, regulator and game provider do not respond?"👈
One thing keeps confusing me the most, however. You see, the last time my colleagues checked this casino wasn't licensed, and I'm talking about August 2026, so, in my opinion, ADR providers listed under ANjoan AOFA may not be very motivated to step in. At first glance I was really surprised to see AG directly providing official ADR services for this casino, though, in my opinion, it only added to the evidence of the casino's lack of a license and official ADR support. Sadly, as I kept reading, it turned out that AG is not aware of such a connection.
I would love to help you find a working route but with all honesty, maybe the lawyer you mentioned earlier would give real advice here.
