I requested other 2 withdrawals of 500 each yesterday and today and I decided to play with 500 max of my remaining 1,500 to try my luck as it could help me with some personal expenses and my balance is now at 5,800 EUR. It's such a pity they don't respect their own T&C for payouts as their games do pay compared to other casinos. I wonder if my next withdrawals will be just as slow as they can't use the holidays as an excuse anymore. I wonder if there are people who are actually paid on time because it feels unrealistic to me from my experience
I had 3 requests from 20/12, 21/12 & 22/12 and they approved them yesterday. My payment was by Visa and got them instantly after the email
I don't think chasing support helps but it might be good sending messages daily reminding them they're past their timeframe. I'd say you'll get yours tomorrow (hopefully) as finance team doesn't work today. Fingers crossed for you! They are late for no justified reason most of the times from what I've seen here. It's been stressful waiting for my money and I lost hope but I suddenly got all 3 approval emails at 3pm Irish time
Hello, dear players. I just wanted to point out that anyone facing a similar delay is welcome to submit a complaint too. The more, the better it would be also for my colleagues to assess the situation and communicate with the casino representatives in a more direct way. Let's hope this is just a temporary struggle.
