I send them a message every day on live chat and they all reply with the same messages that the collection will be done and we have a workload and so on. The collection has not been done and I am waiting but I am very afraid that if I don't get them today, which is the third business day like they say they need, I will never get them.

Working day 4 has passed and no update. Customer support keeps telling me they're being processed normally and they flagged it as a priority but it feels like false promises.
