Yes account verification. Went thru debit Mastercard is correct so account is all good

No I haven't received money I found the customer support email I sent them a email 3 days ago no response from them at all manage to get live chat they said that they have to get hold of customer support and I shall get email from them 24hr

So that is we're I am at

How long are you waiting for the withdrawal all together then?

Our complaint team has explained that they need to wait for the 14-day time period to pass before they can intervene, so I am just curious to know when you requested it. Then they will investigate the whole matter and hopefully come to the resolution of your complaint soon.🙏

I no actually how u r feeling I do believe u will get paid, I finally got my withdrawals only small 150 and 100 going on 2 weeks it took.


Have u email the below email address , I got a response from thm within 2 days followed by payout

I used my purple visa debit card is this ur very first withdrawal with casino my withdrawal was and I put that wht the delay is


Why I saying that I had a couple of bucks on my account so I played and got up to 100 so I did another withdrawal and it went in straight away got paid within days

So yes, ive also been told via chat that its been approved, also have recieved withdrawl statement via email.. i made the withdrawl on 23rd january.. via swift bank transfer.

Okay and when was it approved, also on the same day? I would probably wait a couple of days from that day if you withdrew by bank transfer. Are you still in contact with the casino?

Yes spin casino closed my account without a reason like i still had at leaszt $250 in my account and over $500 in the pending and $100 in prossing and $100 that was suppose to be sent to me over a week ago throughecheck and that takes longer which on there website it says quick withdrawals as I am getting tired of these casinos ripping me off as I just want I won and what was left in my account sent to me

Did you receive any email from the casino regarding the closure of your yccount, or nothing at all?

Have you contacted them to ask about it?

You should definitely try to find out what is going on, in my opinion.

Also, could you please post the URL of the casino where you experienced this issue so we don't make any mistakes here?
