Depending on the brand, we handled inquiries related to deposits, withdrawals, account verification (KYC), promotions, bonuses, sports betting, live casino, responsible gaming, and technical support.
Among the brands I supported were Rabona, Betinia, CampoBet, ToonieBet, Don.rElaBet, Winota, Lodur, and Swiper, among hundreds more. My job involved assisting customers via chat and email, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory procedures applicable to each market.
In most countries, especially Spain, Chile, Germany, Romania, France, etc., they operate without a regulated license, using licenses from Malta and Curaçao.
