I was asked to submit the documents for account verification in 2022, then stopped playing on the site and came back in 2024 and played and won 50000+.

I don't believe they have any reason to ask for that, because you played with the new deposit you made now.

It has been just a few days for them to verify your account, so maybe try to be a bit more patient, and hopefully soon they will come back to you.
