I have been waiting since 4/12/25 for my withdrawal. The first documents I sent they said they never got 2nd set they said couldn't be used because they were cropped because the email was too large. The 3rd set sent on the 15th have finally been acknowledged and said it will take however long the processing time frame is for the withdrawal currency so now it will be another 5 days. It's just ridiculous and they can't even keep their stories straight one lady said it was processed on 4/12/25. Basically not a good casino. For some reason when you download crosswinds casino app or kansas star app this casino is actually what loads???

Slotsandcasino is the name. They finally verified my account on 4/19/25 according to their email but that I still have to follow the chart for my level which I will attach their chart. Once that time-frame is up you still have to allow another 48 hours before it gets to your bank.
I'm a standard member. So I guess another 7 days and that's business days. I will let you know if it pays out.

BEWARE:
they removed the slot developer BGAMING for a couple months and now they have brought the slots by this developer back to there online casino, HOWEVER they have removed the feature that increases the chance to hit the bonus. IE - Krakens Hunger has a X2 feature where you pay 50% more per bet for double the chance at hitting the bonus. It is gone and appears not to be coming back. They have done this to all games from this developer that has this type of feature. No other developer seems affected. Just all BGAMING games.
removing features of a game (especially one that benefits the player) seems very unethical.
I'm just thinking about what you wrote here, and perhaps the game provider removed this feature from their slots. Don't you think so?
