That's not true. Nationwide have seen my emails that I have deposited and played them all.

No they are talking rubbish, the casino is fake, ypu have paid for goods they have not supplied, namely you on the expectation of if you win something you would get the money. Which had not happened.

It's not charge back, it's a merchant dispute.

1. Ibas is for the UK, this isn't a UK casino.

2. It's a fake casino, without a license.

She was a dick she was determined that no they don’t do that so I give up i tried online through banking no joy and her on the phone said you played the credits on casino so you can’t dispute that , I said yes but you don’t know it’s a scam site until you go to withdraw she said that’s not our problem

Can u advise what to do on security bit of nationwide, u report unusual activity then there a list of options about not received goods/service or damaged or reoccurring payments which option did u choose

Just phoned again put through to some one else and I’ve been temporarily refunded while they do the dispute so I won’t touch it until I know what’s happening , not sure why it wouldn’t be successful but you never know
