Hello, how are you? I would like to know if I can escalate my withdrawal by this means to process it faster, please.

Hello there,

uhm, probably not. We aren't the casino you see? This is an independent forum about the casinos 🙂.

When did you place your withdrawal, please?

Hello.

I know what you mean, but I'll try to explain the different wagering contributions:

  • Slots: are the best games from a casino's point of view, as a result, almost every bonus is wagerable on slots
  • Blackjack, on the other hand, offers the lowest possible house edge for casinos, so it is usually excluded from wagering contributions.

Since the wagering contribution needs to be fulfilled to claim winnings, games with higher winning potential are limited to prevent you from completing the wagering limit too easily 🙂.

It's a way to say "Hey, don't play blackjack with this bonus; stay with slots.

But if the casinos change the overall wagering limit after you fulfill the combination of 40x + 60x, I would say this is not a good call. Rules and limits must be clearly stated in the terms to avoid such situations. 🤔

I'm quite aware of the RTG platform and its problematic bonus "management," though I feel this is quite a different situation, do you agree?

Hi, I've moved your post under your casino. As for the method to withdraw money, the easiest way would be to ask live chat or support. They will be able to help you the best.

Anyway, how did you deposit to the casino ? It is usually recommended to use the same method to withdraw, but when you say you only have one, it is probably not the case. How long has your situation been going on with the failure to withdraw ?

Let me know.

Hey there.

I read the complaint, and I think the main point is that you played your balance away. In such a case, there isn't much we can do. It also seems like you failed to verify yourself, which is a necessary step for getting the money.

Additionally, the disputed amount was $236 and you stated: "I'm sorry I was wrong on amount it is 236 dollars"

The casino rep explained:

"I had the chance to review the situation and couldn't find any submitted documentation, the simplest way to complete documentation is within the documents module in the cashier of the casino. However I believe the real question here relates to the withdrawal which is mentioned. There has not ever been a requested withdrawal in this account, the only thing I see is the coupon reversal where the non-cashable funds on a chip are removed. In this case the amount was $236 removed leaving the cashable balance on the free chip of $100. This cashable amount was then played to $0, there are currently no requested withdrawals or withdrawable funds within the casino.

Supporting documentation has been forwarded to the casino.guru team for review."

Well, I would not say we didn't care. I'd say we were following the process based on the information given on both sides.

If you are convinced you've found something new that changes the situation, you are more than welcome to ask for the complaint to be reopened. Just follow this link, scroll down, and make the choice, please.

I have been trying for the past 2 weeks to cashout $650 from slot madness... I have done the verification process 4 times and it says accepted everytime but still when I go back the money is still there... ive created a coinbase account and tried to cashout with that and still nothing... I have also emailed them and got 1 reply saying it would be 72 hours but I haven't heard anything from that either... can anyone help me get my money???

Hey, I see that according to what you described you already have an account verified and you are trying to withdraw money.

I also learned that the casino gave you a timeframe, but apparently they didn't keep it and you say you haven't heard anything from them yet. You could certainly use a reason why you don't have the money yet. When did the casino tell you it would take 72 hours ?

However, I think in this case, if you have received only one reply in two weeks and nothing has changed, I would lodge a complaint here.

Our team will look into your case and try to help.

Hopefully it will all work out in the end and you will get your money.

The last time I heard anything from them, it was an email on the 23rd that said someone would be in touch with me and it could take 72 hours and it gave me a case number.... I have not heard anything since and I finally emailed again yesterday but still have not gotten a reply

I fear we won't find a solution here on the forum, so I'm glad to see the complaint is on.

Please try to hold on, it will probably take some time to get through the whole "story", but be assured, Nick is great at what he's doing.

For any possible update, we're here, of course!

Thank you... hopefully it will get settled.
