Hi, do you mean SlimKing.com? If so, yes, I can see that we have this casino in our database, and it has a Safety Index somewhere in the middle, around 5.8, if I’m remembering correctly. So I wouldn’t say it’s one of the better-rated casinos.
Anyway, is this your first withdrawal from this casino? How long have you been waiting for it?
I’ve seen two complaints against the casino so far, and both were resolved successfully. The casino also responded to one of the complaints about a month ago, so for now I’d definitely remain patient. I believe that if any issues come up, our team will do its best to help, and hopefully the casino will also be willing to cooperate.
Did they ask you for any documents, especially since this is your first withdrawal?
No I keep asking them to let me verify but they wont let me or won't answer me on how to verify i go on the verification bit on the website and it says no need to verify right now. Ive also sent an email asking to please let me verify so theres no disruption for withdrawing no response
Dear Slimking Support Team,
I am contacting you regarding my outstanding withdrawal of €900.
I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the amount of time this is taking. Despite the withdrawal remaining unpaid, I have not even been contacted to complete any verification or KYC checks that may be required.
If verification is necessary before my withdrawal can be processed, please send me the required verification instructions immediately so I can complete them without any further delay.
I would also like a clear update on the current status of my €900 withdrawal and an explanation as to why there has been such a delay.
I expect this matter to be dealt with promptly and my withdrawal processed as soon as possible. If there is any issue preventing payment, please provide me with the specific reason in writing.
I look forward to receiving a response and a clear timeframe for when my €900 will be paid.
Kind regards,
P Bruce
I only asked because I know that casinos sometimes require verification, but that isn’t always the case. If verification isn’t currently required, then you don’t need to worry about it. The casino will always ask you for whatever they need if necessary, so I wouldn’t be concerned about this.
Maybe what they mean is that if they need you to complete verification, they’ll send you an email about it. If you asked to verify your account from the beginning, but the casino doesn’t consider it necessary or nothing triggers the need for verification, then you simply won’t have to do it.
I hope they do but the way there going on i can't see it. Ive asked a million times just send me the email then. But apparently they can't just send the email lol need the relevant team to press the button load a bollocks sadly its either predatory tactics to delay it as long as possible hoping I cancel them or its literally they just arent going to pay out ive not accepted any bonuses only stuck to. 1 euro spins. So theres no small print or minor issue they can sting me on. It seems like a scam site being completely honest
Okay, in this case, I would open a complaint. I’m adding a link where you can submit one on our website, and our team can look into the situation so you’re not left waiting unnecessarily.
If the casino told you that they would send you an email, presumably asking you to provide documents and complete verification, but nothing is happening, then I don’t think that’s entirely okay.
Of course, it’s possible that they are deliberately delaying the process for as long as possible in the hope that you’ll eventually lose the money. But whatever you do, don’t play with those funds. If you lose the money, there may be nothing our team can do to help you recover it.
Give it a try, and we’ll see whether we can help resolve the situation.
I provided you with a link to open a complaint on our website almost a week ago, where our team could try to assist you.
Please use this option so you don’t unnecessarily prolong the situation.
