You are right, I immediately closed the account when they started taking 8% for multiple withdrawals, also it was not possible to withdraw the winnings by bank transfer and therefore I had to create an account on an e-wallet. And in any case, even for card deposits, a disaster .. 2 out of 3 deposits were pending, having to wait 2 days for availability on the game account. I believe that running an online casino is not really their job. Not to mention the rollovers I had to go through every deposit while not using their bonuses by the way!
