I won just under a thousand euros from this casino, but verifying an account for this casino is really difficult, so I've hit a wall in the sense that they ask for a picture of me showing my identity to the camera and the series of numbers they asked for. The problem with this is that they always ask for a picture again with a new series of numbers, so I would think that there is no way to get money out of this casino except possibly through a complaint.

Hi, how long has your verification process been going on? Have you asked the casino why they keep asking for basically the same things, just with different numbers? I know that sometimes it’s not exactly easy to provide everything the casino wants. 

Anyway, feel free to let me know, and if you don’t know what to do next, I’d go the complaint route too.

Now I got an email from the casino saying they closed my account, this action seems really strange. They also said they would have accepted my withdrawal, but we'll see.
