I wanted to give you an update:
So far, neither the game providers like Pragmactic Play nor any affiliate or review site have commented on the case. Even CasinoGuru didn't include the obvious manipulation of the bonus terms and conditions in their final report on my complaint. In my opinion, this has nothing to do with neutrality or objectivity regarding the evidence. My screenshots clearly show that Royalen Casino secretly altered and thus manipulated their bonus terms and conditions by NOT updating the modification date and adding an additional clause 6.14. This is FRAUD!! And this casino belongs on a BLACKLIST!!
This clearly shows, dear community: When push comes to shove, NO ONE can help you! Whether you have a bonus or not makes no difference. These casinos will NOT pay out really big winnings! There's NOTHING you can do about it!
PLEASE do not play at casinos with "licenses" from Costa Rica. DO NOT fall for affiliate or review sites like casino-groups!
