I wanted to give you an update:

So far, neither the game providers like Pragmactic Play nor any affiliate or review site have commented on the case. Even CasinoGuru didn't include the obvious manipulation of the bonus terms and conditions in their final report on my complaint. In my opinion, this has nothing to do with neutrality or objectivity regarding the evidence. My screenshots clearly show that Royalen Casino secretly altered and thus manipulated their bonus terms and conditions by NOT updating the modification date and adding an additional clause 6.14. This is FRAUD!! And this casino belongs on a BLACKLIST!!

This clearly shows, dear community: When push comes to shove, NO ONE can help you! Whether you have a bonus or not makes no difference. These casinos will NOT pay out really big winnings! There's NOTHING you can do about it!

PLEASE do not play at casinos with "licenses" from Costa Rica. DO NOT fall for affiliate or review sites like casino-groups!

pretty decent casino – so far, the pros definitely outweigh the cons for me. There are a few minor flaws, but I'm sure they'll fix them. Other than that, everything's great.

I completely agree with those who said the slots and bonuses are great here. They've got a fantastic selection of games  

The casino has not paid out my legitimate winnings. Royal Casino should remain on the blacklist!

Dear community, dear players, I am issuing a strong warning about this casino! Please look into my case and do thorough research! Be careful not to play at casinos with a "Costa Rica license." This is not a license; it's just a business registration.

Furthermore, the casino has secretly manipulated its bonus terms and conditions, which I have exposed and proven with corresponding screenshots. Anyone who does this should be blacklisted to protect other players. This is primarily CasinoGuru's responsibility.

I don't know about others, but I get a lot of different thrills from playing here. The promos and giveaways are great. Not perfect casino, but it easily deserves a 9 out of 10.
