They don't give a shit about their players. My kyc is being unchecked since 5 days and they promised under 24 hrs check. They can't keep their promises and they are big liars. Please spend your money elsewhere!

It is possible that the casino KYC team is not working during international banking holidays plus weekends?

They check my kyc but the reject proof of crypto deposit everytime. I've been trying to complete it for a month now I've sent 9 proofs and they rejected each and every one of them.

This message everytime after they reject:

your proof of deposit has been rejected because it does not include the transaction ID. To be accepted, the proof of deposit must clearly show the following details:

Your full name

Bank account number (or IBAN)

Transaction amount

Recipient's name

Transaction ID

Date of the transaction

Please submit a new document that includes all of the above information.

How the hell am I supposed to show all these in one pciture when I deposited crypto.

I managed to verify my deposit. I was verified yesterday and withdrew but they rejected me and they ask me again for proof of income. I just hope they will verify this without any issue because they it's clear they are just wasting time now.

Ok then. It is not unusual that some additional verification needs to be done, though. So, hopefully it won't last long before you will be able to get to your money.

I opened an account with RomanCasino via a referral link from a betting group. I topped up €100 and claimed the bonus, making a total of approximately €640. After trying to withdraw the money, the casino asked me for various verifications and statements of the deposit I had provided. After sending everything, my account was suspended and then permanently closed. I would like to have the money I have withdrawn there.

Hi, did the casino say anything to you about why your account was blocked? When you were going through verification, maybe there was something in the system that could have triggered it and why it happened, but it would be best to know from them. 

Anyway, if they took your money and blocked your account without giving you a reason, I would file a complaint with us.

It should be clearly written in the terms, though, and if there isn't anything like that mentioned, perhaps you should file a complaint here.
