These are quite specific things. And so you cooperated with the casino and delivered these things? I think verification is necessary and must be successful in order for you to be able to withdraw the money. Have any documents been approved or rejected?

Yes They asked for a video me holding a piece of paper, showing ID, waving my hand in front of my face etc. ( I feel like a clown) I submited the video they asked, they said it will take 5 working days to verify it. If I withdraw my funds it gets cancelled because of this arbitary verification process. My profile is "verified" on their site if I click my profile but they ask for more and more documents.
Then you go through additional verification and until you pass it you won't be able to withdraw successfully. First it has to be successful, as I say. Sometimes casinos ask for things like that from players and I know it's not the most pleasant situation to be in, but if you can handle it, then nothing should stand in your way. So give them a couple of days to verify you and make sure everything is ok and then let them know.

Nobody should send their birth certificate, tax refunds, and their yearly wage to them. Its a joke, they should maximum ask for a selfie with an ID card like other casinos did. What they gona ask next? A picture of my private parts to confirm that Im a male? This is a typical scumsino tactic so you just play with your winnings, or you completly give up because its 2much hassle.
It seems to me that some of the documents are not completely common, but it happens from time to time that the casino asks for such things. I know it's not the best and most pleasant thing for the user, but it's important to realize that if you don't pass the verification, then you probably won't be paid.

I saw that you said in your complaint that you wanted to close it and that you were giving up. That's exactly what I think you shouldn't do. If you do that and the casino is at fault, you basically achieve nothing. The safety index is also lowered based on complaints, so if we accept that you are right and the casino has made a mistake and won't try to resolve it, then its sefty index will go down. So if you are convinced that the casino has made a mistake then let our experts investigate further so that they can try to help you. When everyone finally says they are giving up, then the casino will still be in the same position, because in general nothing has been proven if you give up.
