The casino does not hold a license. No seal means no license, I have sent my proof and evidence to Jozef but I still got no reply on his review of them about the casino.
Richprize.com is owned and operated by Fresharvest N.V. which does not hold a license and is unknown at the Master License Holder they claim in their Terms of Service.
Richplay.club claims to be operated by KV Media and has a legit license with a seal. However, the owners behind both casino sites are exploiting richprize.com without a license and act like they are as their other website does hold a license.
To me it is very shady, and I was hoping that with my supporting evidence I sent to Jozef K to update the casino review on Casino Guru to warn players. Unfortunately I still got no reply and we passed +3 weeks.
But the bottomline is to avoid them at all costs.
We appreciate your concern.
I will not debate this subject further, I believe I have already answered your questions.
Allow me to say that JozefK receives a few hundred emails daily, and each email is important to its sender. I hope you can understand how time-costly it should be to go through all of those emails, sort priorities out, evaluate information, and get back to replay.
Please be patient.
I still think that the license is valid because JozefK has already confirmed:
"Thank you for your insight. With RichPrize, it is a bit different from my previous reply in another thread. This casino has provided us with relevant proof that they have a valid licence, but because of uncertain reasons, they do not want to share it with the public. However, if you have any issues with them, just reach me at my email address and I will gladly help you out."
Hi Radka,
As I said earlier I have proof that this is not true and I sent Jozef the details, but given the circumstances that he is very busy I can imagine that it might take some weeks to get this sorted out and fixed.
For your info Radka, if the casino really was licensed they would ve shown their seal on the website to prove it. But Richprize.com does not have a seal at all. Their look a like website Richplay.club does have a legit seal which you can find on their homescreen.
And I am afraid that the proof the casino sent you is incorrect or false as you claim that KV Media is the owner of Richprize.com, but Richprize.com itself say that is not true...
So I do not want to start a discussion about that Casino Guru is bad or has wrong info, but from my view the casino either gave you wrong info to trick you or the info they sent you is outdated and not relevant anymore.
Hello Yousst,
I believe that the casino is not obliged to show this seal, it's up to the casino.
But as I already wrote, we appreciate your concern and I'm not the proper person to debate on this matter mind I have no detailed information and it is not my place to investigate.
JozefK s so heavily occupied at the moment that I can't promise you a quick answer.
Not worth mentioning.
I hope we will find out any irregularities if there are any. 👍 Still, it would take time.
You seem to be very concerned about online casinos when it comes to the legal aspect, is it just a hobby, I wonder?
You don't have to answer of course. 😀
I'm sorry, but even if I did I'm sure he is so occupied that it would not help.
Just send it again, please. Maybe he just missed your email because of a flood of others.
Will try it on Monday.
I must say that we always appreciate when the players give us more up to date information than we have. We update the casino reviews a few times per year (we update the good ones more frequently than the bad ones), but sometimes, we can overlook something or we simply get wrong information from the casino.
My experience is that whenever a player says that the info in our review is wrong, then it's usually true so we're keen to listen to what players say about casinos 🙂
Hello CG team,
I see two very positive reviews about this casino and I highly doubt they are real. The fact someone mentions they hold a Curacao License gives me a lot of questions as this is not true.
Do hope that more complaints will follow to see their score drop 😉
Hello Yousst,
It also could be a player who failed to notice that the license is fake. Sadly, without solid hard proof that the user review was not written by the player, please rely on our rating and casino reputation. 🙂
We shall see about complaints, outside of the rejected ones, the latest one was closed as resolved, however.
I have been playing on this platform for more than 2 years now, I am having a great time with games and winnings no issue in receiving my profit, withdrawals are process on it's promised timeframe and the support agents are friendly and approachable. I certainly will keep playing here in Richprize Casino one of the best so far.
Well, it sounds quite good for a casino with a fake license and a bad reputation:

On the other hand, everything is possible. Can you paste a screenshot with processed withdrawals, please?🤔
Hi Radka,
To me it is very suspicious that a casino with such a bad casino rate somehow gets a very high amount of reviews in short time that all rate 5stars...
If a casino falsely claims to be licensed why would they not write themself some positive reviews to bump their score a bit. Especially since all the reviews are from new users, it would be a big coincidence I believe.
So,I played for the first time couple weeks ago and won.I was unsure at first if it was legit cause it seemed too good to be true. I received the email on the following Friday like they said and the next day I had an email with and etransfer. I now give them 100%. Totally legit and they do give your money.Highly recommended

Hi Yousst,
I understand your point completely.
I have one simple question - how would you prove that? 🙂
To make sure that such an act of dishonesty does not help casinos, we keep the user review rating separately from the overall reputation score. So it does not help pretty much. Furthermore, I personally reject every review I can prove that it's not genuine and Daniel has developed a tool how to change "suspicious" reviews' score weight.
If you have some ideas on how to effectively and undoubtedly distinguish fake reviews, let's share them with me, please.

Hello,
can you paste a screenshot showing your withdrawal history, please? I believe that it will be much appreciated not only by me. 🙂
I would be very cautious playing there though, fake license, and the rating is just bad:
There is no such tool to prove it of course thats why I said it is very suspicious, given the casino history on falsely claiming to hold a license.
On the other hand what are the odds that an online casino which is known as being 'small' gets 5 5star reviews in the last 7 days? I do not know how Casino Guru coordinate this as it is still a allegation (innocent until proven guilty) but I do wonder if the players can proof or reply here with their findings of this casino.
