I would like to understand why withrawal are taking so much time (more than 7 days and still did not receive my money) when their T&C mention 24 hours ?
it’s clearl not acceptable at all such delay and it seems it’s always the case when I read the topic about this casino.
so I really think you should decrease their note or at least let know your member that they are delaying volontary their withrawal (maybe to tempt the player to play the balance ?)

I was fully verified at the time of the withrawal 9 days ago now.
after 9 days I still did not receive my money and the support keep saying it’s high priority and they have to "perform check with external" but when I try to understand who are those "external" and why it takes so much time, they just reply "you money is safe and is in top of our priority".
played on over 30 casino and I never had such delays in withrawal.
Maybe it’s some kind of third-party payment provider, that’s what comes to mind as an external option, but whether I’m right is something we can only speculate about.

the point which is problematic and completely false is that they mention that the withrawal as are treated within 24 hours on their T&C. So they are in breach of their own T&C and when I ask for more info about the process to understand a 13 days delay for a withrawal in crypto ( or even in bank account) they don’t answer.
I dig a bit on Reddit and other website and it appears this company (all the casino hold by the company) is always acting like that. The players should definitely be advise of such attitude. If it was mentionned in the review I would never deposit on this casino …
There are various reasons why the processing is taking longer. Some are relevant, others may not be. If it’s been two weeks already, that’s quite a long time in my opinion. You have a complaint open, so I trust it will be resolved somehow.
As for the casino, I don’t think it’s good to have it stated anywhere that withdrawals can be processed within 24 hours if this isn’t actually the case. The problem is when casinos don’t stick to these things. I guess it’s only excusable if they have a really good reason for it.
