Hey!

I see that many people have had their account suspended after a bonus win or similar at RichCasino. One is told to email their security department for more information on unlocking the account. Has anyone had their problem resolved after sending an email. Or is the money gone forever?


In my case, I won 100 euros from a bonus and managed to send a withdrawal request, but after 5 days my account was suspended without explanation.

Yes i understand but the casino are legit scammers along with winward casino. Excact same support/security team and Website design. They refuse to answer any questions about ownership for a reason they are criminals

Ok, so after actually winning and completing a successful withdrawl ( With Casino Gurus assistance ), My account has had all deposit options removed. I've asked live chat about this, and they say I need to email security, I did this on the 26th, no response. It would appear they really do not like players that ever withdraw. Atleast I got my money, but the so called VIP status really means nothing here.
