I’ve made a complaint in regards to this casino, they have also scammed me for $12000, they have really upset me about this whole situation, making out I am in the wrong , when I am just a honest genuine player. It’s so disheartening.

Thanks for explaining the situation. Could you please also answer the question I asked earlier: how long have you been trying to complete the verification?

When did you first submit your documents to the casino?

Hi, could you please explain in a bit more detail what exactly happened when the casino took these funds or refused to pay them out?

What reason did they give you for this? Did they provide any further explanation?

This is the email reply I received from them

They asked me something about multiple accounts on their live support and to email them why, I said I have one personal and one account I created for streaming as I was looking to affiliate with them, their affiliate managed was aware of this. The streamer account was never used. They even offered me demo money to play with 😕

I played a bit here for a month and made deposits and nothing was ever an issue and made 1 withdrawal. I never broke any rules here, they are just avoiding a payout as I won big.

Oh, I would really love to help somehow, but the fact is that even upon submitting the complaint request, the casino must have some time to resolve that without us involved. i know it may sound weird given the current context, and i get that we can hardly count automated or bot responses as progress, but still, it's fair to say that there are limits to our momentary options. Based on the screenshot the other player posted earlier, I'd say they can reach out eventually, though I must admit the tone used was quite unexpected to me.

I suppose it's best to mention this in the complaint, because normally only one account per person is permitted, but if you say the manager was aware of this, I suppose it plays a role, of course. In my opinion, it is not that you are unaware of those two accounts; rather, from the casino's perspective, the situation may differ for some reason. Please explain all of the circumstances to the complaint mediator as soon as possible. It could look weird to get this information from the casino without you mentioning the streamer's account.

I thought my situation was an isolated case, but I can see that the casino has a tendency to scam people. I received the $5 free bonus and won $80. When I went to withdraw, it asked for KYC (even though they're a casino that doesn't require KYC). I wasn't bothered and took photos of my ID and a selfie holding it. I was able to upload the front of my ID, but when I tried to upload the back... my account was "suspended."

Hello, I understand it's not convenient from your side, but has the casino already told you that this is the final stage like you suggested? The ongoing KYC may also be causing it. Many casinos do not require KYC straight away but apply it once the player go for withdrawal. In hand with that, the account may be temporarily blocked until the account successfully passes the KYC and perhaps some other security checks.

Let's see what comes next, I say, but from where I stand, this screenshot doesn't provide much context on its own.

I've played at several casinos, none of them have blocked my access when I upload my credentials; in fact, they could easily send an email saying "while we verify your credentials your account will be inactive"

I sent an email to Reybets support, but there's still no response and my account remains "inactive".

Okay, and I agree with the informative email; it makes complete sense. In any case, I guess we'll have to wait a little longer to learn the nature of this issue directly from the casino.
