If you want to discuss anything related to Reybets Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hi, I see you're enjoying yourself here. What crypto do you use? Which slots do you like to play the most?
Less than a minute is kinda crazy if that's been consistent. Fast withdrawals are honestly one of the first things I look for on sites
I am very sorry that casinoguru is criticizing the obvious fraud that this casino has committed, their ranking has not been lowered, this will only make them and gangs like them feel impunity.
I will have to warn people myself.
But I'm not talking about that
this time they tricked me into thinking they closed my account because of insults against their employees and bad things about their company on forums.
and I never offended anyone, and on the forums I only described the course of events.
I need my deposit and withdrawal history. Since they blocked my account, are they obligated to send it to me? Or is there some provision in their terms and conditions stating they have no obligations towards their customers?
I'm sorry that your complaint didn't end with the outcome you were hoping for. I know that's disappointing.
Regarding your question about your deposit and withdrawal history, I wouldn't say that the casino is necessarily obligated to provide it to you. You can certainly request it by email, and I hope they will send it to you, but if they refuse, I'm not aware of any general obligation that would require them to do so.
As for a refund of your deposits, there would usually need to be a specific reason.
I would still recommend contacting the casino by email and asking for a copy of your transaction history. Hopefully, they'll be willing to provide it, even though I can't guarantee that they will.
I wish you the best of luck, and I hope you're able to obtain the information you need.

I am very sorry that you dismissed my case so easily.
I really ask you to take a vote.
A casino gives a bonus to a player who has made several dozen deposits. They give them a nonsensical 68 euros. The player plays and wins, and then the casino claims the bonus is a mistake and steals the deposited amount.
Do a survey of casino guru participants' opinions. Is this casino honest? Does it reek of fraud?
I think I know exactly how you feel. I would feel exactly the same if I’m honest. And I don’t think this is very user-friendly or fair.
On the other hand, I know that casinos can offer bonuses to anyone and can also take them away without necessarily having to explain why it happened.
Personally, I don’t think it should be like that, because if a casino gives you a bonus once, it should take it away immediately at the start, and not only when you manage to win from it and then want to withdraw, claiming it was some kind of technical glitch or something similar.
This is definitely not a good experience for the player, and for me it would also not be a good experience.
Since I am only a forum admin, I can give my opinion and what I think, but how the situation is handled and what we can possibly sanction the casino for is up to our complaint team, where unfortunately it ended the way it did.😕
