Hmm, that's certainly not something that's pleasant for the player. Branislav will get to your complaint anyway, and as Romi said, it will take some time.

I just checked if we've had any more complaints with this casino to find out how they usually respond to our team, but unfortunately couldn't get to this. It is a fresh casino in our system, and we don't have much experience with them yet.

I just hope that they will reply soon, because otherwise the complaint will get unresolved and it will negatively affect their rating here. Which I don't think they would like.

Also, of course, I hope that they are willing to get it all solved for you. We just need to wait and see a little bit longer.

I am keeping my fingers crossed.🤞

I don't know what to do, but recently me and the great casino gurus team tried to talk to rare.bet about 1554 xrp they are holding from me and will not give me any replies in months, however that didn't work out they didn't reply to us either through this method. Does anyone know how I can go about filing a formal complaint bigger than this?

I'm sorry to see such an end...

After the complaint was closed, however, Branislav offered you the following choice:

"There is one more option for how you can try to resolve your issue or speed up the process - you can contact the gaming authority the casino is regulated by (GCB) and submit a complaint directly to the regulator. Although they currently do not handle individual disputes between players and gaming operators, they could review the situation regarding potential violations of law. Feel free to find more HERE or our article about regulators' complaint processes generally HERE."

So, if the casino is still under this license, it is worth trying.
