They could be doing it on purpose..yesterday they sent me an email to send the IBAN..I sent it but now they say it's not the same and I sent it twice..I don't know but I think they don't want to give it.

I'm not saying that the wait is ok or that I agree how they are handling the matter; I'm just saying this casino has been like that. 🙁

It’s a new issue but now it’s already 15 days that my withdrawal is still on pending. Even their customer service is bad and they don’t reply to the emails.

The withdrawal of money to your account depends on your balance in the casino....if you are -100,000....the money will be paid to you in 30 minutes....at the latest within 3 hours of submitting the application....but if you are in + you will receive the money in a month
