The casino pays the players, I'd say it just takes them time. They do resolve complaints, albeit quite late, but they don't take players' money based on some made-up rules. That's why it's like that, but these withdrawal times are awfully long I would say and they should definitely work on that.😕
They have a habit of paying two withdrawals on two consecutive days and then having to wait two weeks. It's always due to an overload of withdrawals... I no longer play at Posido, but now Funbet is doing the same thing to me (they're the same company).

Hello, if you've received money before I wouldn't worry. The casino pays players but quite late in some cases. Sometimes it can take up to two weeks. Maybe a smaller withdrawal amount will be sent faster but I wouldn't count on it. If you go through this thread you will find a lot of similar situations that are being experienced by players.
So try to hang in there and see if you get the money anytime soon.

Hi, that's quite strange but if it's a technical error and it happened to several players I would probably try to be a bit patient and contact them again how it is. I don't think you should lose your account at all because if you didn't break any rules and it's their error, it's not your fault.
In this case, it's a good thing you opened a complaint and we'll see what happens.

As far as I can see, the same post initiated the associated complaint. I recall this casino having an episode of delayed payouts, so I hope this is an isolated situation. I guess the complaint will tell us more; however, the casino first gets 14 full days to catch up with the payout.

Nothing should happen to the documents. Maybe there are some other reasons why they don't accept Greeks anymore. Most often it is because of the legislation of the country, the license and so on. But I firmly believe that it should not disturb anything about you and your data.
