Oh my... I find it very strange that the casino fulfills first payments and then switches to a "verification needed" stance. I get they set some thresholds for payment without verification, but in my opinion and under the current circumstances when they can't keep up with many withdrawal requests, it is just quite perplexing to me.

Well, did you ask support about finalizing the verification, please? It is their job to guide you through...

I had it exactly the same, it looks vague so that you are uncertain.. don't play, I played and the next day 0, account verified, be patient, they may eventually send it for several months but it's nice money, it's a shame to lose it!

Why should they block you? As far as verification is concerned, if they don't want anything more from you then it should be fine. Now I would concentrate on the withdrawal and of course the complaint you have open. I will hope that nothing will stand in the way of you getting your money.🙂

I don't believe a legal casino can behave like this...they have players all over the world, so they make billions in profits, and they are not able to pay out a few bucks

It's not a casino. There are more than 40 casinos in the Rabidi NV group, all on the same servers and under the same management.

I don't understand how a casino with such a high rating gives so many problems with doing a KYC.

You have a complaint, so all you have to do is wait for our team to reply and watch the progress. 

But I see that the verification was successful. Did you ask the casino why your withdrawals are still blocked?

If you have experience with a casino it would be more appropriate to describe it than to write just such a general thing.
