Play jonny is a scam, they permanently blocked my account after winning $82500 (CAD) They asked for bank statements and proof of deposits which I submitted promptly and after hundred of emails my account was finally verified. I was just waiting for my pending withdrawal and all of a sudden my account has been logged out and I cannot sign back in, I cant even reset my password. And when I cantact customer service via live chat I was informed that my account has been suspended as per administrative decision and was told about the terms and condition that they can suspend an acccount according to thier discretion without explanation and they will just only refund my deposits. This is a scam obviously. Please read the terms and condition first before registering or better else dont play with this site.

Did the casino say anything else about what rules you broke and what happened when they blocked your account? If you had already verified your account, it seems pretty strange to me that they did this only after that. Were you playing with a bonus?

I've found out yesterday morning that my account has been logged out and i cannot log back in so i contacted the customer support via live chat and was told that my account has been blocked. Today I receive this email from them :
"Hello, Gregorio!
We hope this message finds you well.
We are contacting you regarding your request.
We regret to inform you that your account has been closed, and all funds have been confiscated due to a violation of company rules. However, your deposits will be refunded.
Kindly refer to our Terms & Conditions:
"7.4 We reserve the right to carry out verification procedures for each client at first withdrawal. Such verifications may, for example include copies of a player's passport, national identity card, copies of a player's utility bills, and/or copies of the debit/credit cards used to deposit.
7.5 It is the responsibility of the Player to ensure that all documents as a part of the KYC process are genuine. Faked or fraudulent documents provided may result in a confiscation of deposits and potential winnings of the player".

From what they wrote to you, I gather they think you sent something that was forged or fake. Are you sure you didn’t do something like that? If not, you could file a complaint.
They asked for a bank statement showing my deposits, sent them right away ( original pdf from the bank) but they were rejected. I emailed them explaining every deposit was there highligted every deposits I made and sent it back to them via email and thru the app, rejected them again because they said it was forged. So i sent them another email explaining I only highlighted the deposits I made so they can find it bec they rejected my original statement I sent the new statement again (original pdf from my bank) then my account was then verified
If you still can't access your account and you've been verified, then filing a complaint was the right move. I don't know what the casino is doing right now or why this situation has arisen. In any case, I believe we'll be able to help you and get to the bottom of this.
