Title: 500 euros blocked: method accepted for deposits but not for withdrawals
I deposited and reached a balance of around 500 euros.
The payment method I used was accepted without any problems to deposit money into my account.
But when I requested the withdrawal, an endless cycle of checks began:
- Previously the documents were "not legible"
- Then "I needed a video of me uploading the document live"
- Then they didn't accept the official bank scans
I sent everything back several times, following the instructions exactly, but each time it was rejected with new reasons. Support only responded with standard phrases, never really resolving the issue.
I finally lost my patience and closed the chat like this (text):
«No no it doesn't exist, if even what I just sent you isn't enough I'd say I won't make any more attempts!
I will then proceed to use 500 euros and then close my account!
Thanks for driving me to exasperation and losing my patience.

I decided to abandon the 500 euros rather than continue this ordeal.
It's clear that the payment method is fine when they need to take your money, but it suddenly becomes "unverifiable" when you need to withdraw your winnings.

Ho depositato e raggiunto un saldo di circa 500 euro.
Il metodo di pagamento che ho usato è stato accettato senza alcun problema per depositare denaro sul conto.
Quando però ho richiesto il prelievo, è iniziato un ciclo infinito di verifiche:
- Prima i documenti "non erano leggibili"
- Poi "serviva un video mentre caricavo il documento dal vivo"
- Poi non accettavano le scansioni ufficiali della banca
Ho inviato tutto più volte seguendo esattamente le istruzioni, ma ogni volta veniva respinto con nuove motivazioni. Il supporto rispondeva solo con frasi standard, senza mai risolvere davvero.
Alla fine ho perso la pazienza e ho chiuso così la chat (testuale):
«No no non esiste, se non è sufficiente neppure ciò che vi ho appena mandato io direi che non faccio altri tentativi!
Procedo quindi a utilizzare 500 euro e poi chiuderò il mio conto!
Grazie per avermi portato all’esasperazione e a perdere la pazienza.
Avete perso un cliente.
I 500 euro che non riscuoterò utilizzateli pure, non valgono il tempo e la dignità che mi avete fatto perdere.»
Ho deciso di abbandonare i 500 euro piuttosto che continuare questo calvario.
È evidente che il metodo di pagamento va benissimo quando devono prendere i tuoi soldi, ma diventa improvvisamente "non verificabile" quando devi prelevare le vincite.
Consiglio vivamente a tutti gli italiani di evitare PlayJonny.
Giocate solo su casinò con licenza ADM o MGA.

Il problema di tutto nasce perché ho utilizzato una debit card dove il mio nome non è stampato fisisicamente sopra;
I documenti inoltrati non vanno bene poiché ritengono che siano state apportare delle modifiche.. oppure perché siano scansioni.
Ad esempio, uno dei primi documenti che inviai fa una scansione di un documento scritto dalla mia banca, dove si attesta la titolarità della carta... doc. Firmato e timbrato dalla mia banca e inviatomi per email..
Oppure documento originale della Banca che mi è stato inviato in pdf non va bene perché risulta una modifica, ovvero il documento è scritto con word e poi diventa pdf... ma è ufficiale..
E ho mostrato gli screen delle email dove si vede che ho ricevuto i documenti della bamca... ect ma nulla è sufficiente
