Hi, everyone,
I signed up to playfast and deposited 170.
I quickly won and tried to verify myself.
That alone was a hurdle. There was always something that didn't fit or should take a little longer so that you probably continue to gamble away your money..
After 4 days my acc was verified because they wanted a PDF which they have already received 3x..
So pointless..
Then I wanted to pay out 600 but that was simply canceled overnight. I started playing again and with luck I ended up with 3890€. Now I really want to get the money out.
Then I pressed pay out 3x 1000x and went to sleep. Since this morning I can no longer log in. No one answers emails either.. and live chat only works when you are logged in.. serious is something else..I'm partly desperate because it's a great amount, but you can't do anything ..
Is there anyone with the same problem and was it solved?

Ich habe mich bei playfast angemeldet und 170 eingezahlt.
Rasch hatte ich gewonnen und mich versucht zu verifizieren..
Allein das war schon eine Hürde. Ständig hat denen was nicht gepasst oder sollte bisschen länger dauern damit man wahrscheinlich sein Geld schön weiter verspielt..
Nach 4 Tagen war mein Acc verifiziert weil sie eine PDF wollten die sie schon 3x bekommen haben..
So sinnfrei..
Dann wollte ich 600 auszahlen aber das wurde iwann über Nacht einfach storniert.. hab dann angefangen nochmal zu spielen und war dann mit Glück bei 3890€ gelandet. Nun will ich unbedingt das Geld rausholen.
Dann hab ich 3x 1000x auszahlen gedrückt und bin schlafen. Seit heute morgen kann ich mich nicht mehr einloggen auf Emails antwortet auch keiner.. und Live Chat funktioniert nur wenn man eingeloggt ist.. seriös ist was anderes..ich bin schon teils verzweifelt weil es ein super Betrag ist, aber man nichts machen kann..
Gibt es jemand mit dem selben Problem und konnte es gelöst werden?
