Hello I have this problem I have been waiting for 1 week for them to approve the payment of 1700 euros but I do not understand how to do it since the live chat service is painful I am in Italy has anyone managed to figure out how to get paid? My request is on postapay with iban code attached. How do I do it?

Has your account been fully verified yet, please? More importantly, what makes you think you have to approve anything, please? The casino approves the withdrawal after the successful verification, do you struggle with some documents?

In which casino did this issue arise, please?

Regarding the fact that you don't have money, you made a withdrawal just a few days ago. Weekends don't usually count as processing time, so basically you haven't been waiting long at all. 

They have also asked for documents and until the verification process passes, you won't get the money. 

So try to be patient and keep us updated on how things are going.
