If you want to discuss anything related to Paradise 8 Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
I used the 12 euros free promotion and at the moment I have 60 and I want to cashout, how can I cashout? Just deposit 25 euros and can I automatically withdraw the 60+25 to my account?
Eu usei a promoção dos 12 euros gratis e neste momento tenho 60 e quero fazer o cashout , como eq posso fazer o cashout? Basta depositar 25 euros e posso automaticamente levantar os 60+25 para a minha conta?
Hello, ask the casino directly, please. It depends on the bonus Terms&Conditions.
But I don't know how to cashout, I don't know where it is
Mas eu não sei como fazer o cashout , não sei onde é
Since you haven't made any deposit, there's no registered payment method in your account - that's the first reason why you don't have any option to cashout.
I think it's really better to ask the casino, but you usually need to make the deposit...
I also want to warn you - make sure that the casino agrees you won the money from the bonus fair and square. There are cases in many casinos when someone wins money from a bonus, then they deposit money in order to unlock the option to withdraw the winnings. Then the casino says that you breach some terms and conditions while playing with the bonus. Then they void the winnings and keep your deposit.
Obviously, that's not what you want to make sure the casino is OK with your winnings from the bonus. It also possible that when you deposit your 25, you will need to wager it few times (typically 1x-5x the amount) since it's an anti money-laundering measure.
I would ask their live chat and check the Terms and Conditions. I'd vote that this period begins the moment you pass the KYC and place the withdrawal accordingly. Let me know what the casino stated.
Hi, I'm sorry you had an unpleasant experience, but on the other hand I'm glad you managed to get your money back. How long did it take you to get it back?
Don't want to resurface old news, so I will just give an update. Paradise 8 recently froze off the last $31,608 of my balance. They cited rule 11.10 which allows for "termination of the player's casino account, confiscation of winnings and existing balances...Should at any time the casino discover an active or past complaint/dispute/criticism on a public forum or blog or any other type of website." That is the extent of the relevant content of that rule. They also cited "negativity" and "slander", although they won't specify what that slander is. I have shown them extensive documentation.
If Paradise 8 wants to respond, I suggest they respond to my post in the non-bonus complaints section at Casinomeister and direct people to it. Given the response there, I doubt they'll do this, but what do I know. I make this suggestion because the scale of the subject is not particularly appropriate for the "general discussion" forum here. Plus, I am tired of rehashing everything.
Did this actually happened after you have requested a withdrawal from this casino, or am I mistaken here? 🤔 Do not fully understand it, actually. If you think that you need our team to intervene in this case, feel free to submit a complaint, please. Just follow this link to do so.
Perhaps you would understand if I would not be anxious to try a 4th complaint here against this casino. My first complaint came to an abrupt end, and I have been unable to get it reviewed. My second complaint you ruled overlapped my first complaint. It didn't. My third complaint was deleted without notice. In that complaint, I had notified you that Paradise 8 was threatening to revoke my last $31,608 using your site as justification. I have no love for Casinomeister, but at least they were blunt that this casino scammed me.
Frankly, I am slightly surprised I even got this much of a response. Perhaps it is because I posted under the label of "Paradise 8" and not "This Is Vegas" (even though they are the same company and I had accounts at each). I figured if I chose to go to a This Is Vegas thread, it would go straight into the void. Don't get me wrong. If you would actually review things fresh with the benefit of hindsight, I would appreciate it. However, I am not going to hold my breath. I can't imagine a reversal has ever been great branding.
Feel free to delete these comments if you feel they are out of line, but this is how I feel.
You got me confused now, to tell you the truth. Our complaint team actually handles all the complaints, not us here, on the forum. Just have that in mind, please. We would not have any reason to delete any of your posts, if they are ok regarding to our terms, so I do not get, why would you think otherwise.
I just wish to say, that I am really sorry you actually feel this way, and unfortunately, we are not able to help you out with it. Wishing you all the best, always.
