I requested a withdrawal from Casino Pandido on September 29, 2025.
As of today, October 9, 2025, this has not been paid out or processed, and I have not received any feedback from customer service.
I have performed all necessary steps correctly.
According to an email from the casino, no verification of my account was required, so I was able to complete the application as usual. However, nothing has happened since then.
I have contacted support several times by email but have not received a response.
My account is active, and there are no outstanding bonus terms or wagering requirements that could block a withdrawal.

ich habe am 29. September 2025 beim Casino Pandido eine Auszahlung beantragt.
Bis heute, 09. Oktober 2025, wurde diese nicht ausgezahlt oder bearbeitet, und ich erhalte keine Rückmeldung vom Kundendienst.
Ich habe alle notwendigen Schritte korrekt durchgeführt.
Laut einer E-Mail des Casinos war keine Verifizierung meines Kontos erforderlich, daher konnte ich den Antrag ganz normal abschließen. Trotzdem hat sich seitdem nichts getan.
Ich habe den Support bereits mehrmals per E-Mail kontaktiert, aber keine Antwort erhalten.
Mein Konto ist aktiv, und es bestehen keine offenen Bonusbedingungen oder Umsatzanforderungen, die eine Auszahlung blockieren könnten.

However, I now have the problem that my account has been blocked since the attempted withdrawal.

Jedoch habe ich jetzt das Problem das seit dem Auszhalungsversuch mein Konto gesperrt ist.
Ich habe eine Email erhalten das meine Auszahlung storniert worden ist ohne jeglichen Grund, ich habe daraufhin versucht Email Kontakt aufzubauen bekomme jedoch bis heute keine Antwort!
