I'm still waiting on them to approve my kyc they claimed I did not send them pics which I did of course. So now I'm waiting on a response once again. And thx because yes patience is important with many things and I hate to say it but especially if things do not go your way.


So this would start the 2nd week for me

like i said these are scam casinos and they finally got back with me this morning and said i can withdrawl now and when i withdrawled $170 they took $120 from my withdrawl leaving me with $50 and they claiming it was a $50 free spin bonus when it was a $100 max cashout bonus and then told me i gotta make a $10 deposit to get it and they did not mention this at all in the terms and agreement until i withdrawled so im no dummy at all been playing no deposit bonuses for years so i know when im facing shady casinos and this is for sure one of them yall need to work on getting them shutdown then i would say your doing a great job at nailing these scam casinos!

The requirement to make a min. deposit before you make your first withdrawal is a standard procedure in many casinos. On the other hand, it's not OK to deduct $120 from your winnings if the max. cashout from the bonus was $100. That doesn't make any sense.

Could you please provide more details on the topic of getting the casino shutdown? How do you imagine that we should do that from our position?

Your pics either got lost or they're just stalling. It's really hard to say where the truth is. Just try to cooperate with the casino as much as you can (it's good you sent it over again) and don't give them any excuse for not paying out the winnings. Once you get the money, you're always free to leave if you don't like how they treat you, but for now, patience is the king!

I see alot of people trying to get verified like me.they do not respond to emails at all.also I didn't win off of free spins.i deposited and they are still ignoring me.this place is aweful.just wish I could talk to anyone thinking of depositing here.ive only been waiting a week.no telling how much longer I'll have to wait.

Hi, I'm sorry for the situation you got into. However, I would like to point out that we give casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal. Anyway, it is certainly not pleasant if the casino ignores you. Did you manage to pass verification of your account ? Let me know.

I sent in the pictures over a week ago with no response.it seems like they treat everyone with the same.likw they just don't care.ill be surprised if we ever hear from them.they don't have to pat if we're not verified.

According to what I see, a lot of players have already addressed the problem with verification and on our website we also have this statement "slow or bad customer support", which probably confirms that you haven't heard from them for a week. 

However, if this continues, I would definitely consider lodging a complaint, because I don't think it's right if the casino hasn't communicated for a week. 

Regardless, if you hear anything new and the casino provides you with an answer as part of your account verification, let us know.

Do not play here I've been waiting forvtwo months for payout. They insist I repeatedly upload my documents which I have and still not verified and no payout. So far their actions have shown they are not a legitimate casino

So I took advantage of welcome bonus made the playthrough of 1000 and terms said max cash out 100 and thats where i am. My own fault I guess for assuming they would be as good as the other 2 I play on with the exact same page set up y and L which i never had problem yet on those. looks like verification process is where this will stay held up.

Not necessarily I sent in documents again and hopefully things go through this time. I'm not really optimistic at this point I must admit. They've had ample time and other complaints seem similar to my own. So once again, time will tell. I will probably give up forever after this round if things fall through again

Yea it's not looking good. I've received the same email 5 times over the last couple of months. I'm sure they do not intend to payout so once again I have to chalk it up as a predatory loss and move on I guess.


Honestly I'm getting sick of this happening there's way too many online casinos doing this. It's happening again as we speak...Yabby casino is doing the exact same thing. Both casinos almost mirror what SlotsVilla and Vipcasinoroyal did to me

I'm sorry to say that, but the casino has no license. They can basically do whatever they want. Maybe, they're just very slow and you'll eventually get the winnings after a long waiting time. It's hard to say 😕

I have high doubts I just checked on two casinos I submitted complaints for here a month or two ago. One of them completely wiped my account of winnings and info with no reps available. The other doesn't even exist anymore.


This casino is showing the same actions these two portrayed from first withdrawal request.

I believe that since you have been in such a situation before, it is probably appropriate to have doubts, and I would certainly have them too. You have not filed a complaint against this casino. Have you thought about it ? 

However, I really hope that eventually everything will be resolved and you will get your money in the end. Even if it's at the cost of a longer wait. I'm really keeping my fingers crossed for you. 🤞
