Hello, thank you for taking care of my problem.

on 04/09/2023 I made a profit of €1037 for payout at Oxicasino. The casino's terms and conditions oblige the casino to transfer the payout within 2 working days. Since I could not find any receipt after this time, I contacted customer service. I was then referred to the KYC department. I was asked to verify my credit card. However, this was not used at all for the deposit. I made all deposits via instant banking. However, to avoid any problems, I verified the card on April 13, 2023. On April 14th so today i wanted to check my account at the casino. I could no longer log in because my account has been blocked since today. Allegedly because of gambling addiction !! I didn't ask for the self-exclusion myself, the casino did it themselves, without any justification.

I sent the casino another payment request today. However, I no longer get an answer from the support. In my opinion, this is very dishonest. I hope you can help me.
