I have problem with onedun casino they qas holding my deposits for 5 days and then i told that i will close account they credites it .
Another problem that they not accept self-excution ,but in terms and xonditions i allowed to do that .
Only account xlosure is possible ,but problem is that you can reopen it everytime .

I believe that to close your account permanently, you need to clearly state the reason for doing so. Whenever you write to them that it is due to gambling issues, they have to close the account right away.
