Yes it's my / partners joint account... they say in their t&c's it states joint accounts aren't allowed but I didn't know that at the time...
They stated that they would refund the original £25 deposited but not my winnings and that they had closed my account and I shouldn't try to join any Supr Nation Ltd casinos in the future...

Well, when you looked at the Terms, did it really say that you can't use joint accounts? It seems a bit excessive on the part of the casino if you can prove that this is the case.
I am not able to see their terms now as they have locked me out of everything... as usual, they are quick enough to accept funds from any account but when it comes to winnings, you have to jump through hoops
This is what I found out.
Anyway, I would try the complaint if I were you but I can't guarantee it will be successful. 🙂
