If you want to discuss anything related to North Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
This casino should have a way higher rating than a 6.6.
I deposited $200, took a bonus and cashed out $2000. I was verified and paid within a day. Support was very friendly and personal.
Why does casino guru give them such a low rating? I dont get it. So many casinos that are way worse have a higher rating.
Fantastic experience and please give these guys a higher rating it is very deserved.
Hello,
thank you for sharing something positive. However, the casino needs to improve on certain aspects, such as its terms and the process for withholding winnings. This is what I see in the review. 🙁
But personally, I truly admire you finding some time to post this. Much appreciated.
I would like everyone to be advised of what this casino just tried to pull off.
I deposited $200 and took a $300 bonus. the rules state you cannot bet over $5 or 10% of your balance.
I lost this deposit. On my way to losing it, once your balance gets low enough it is impossible not to bet 10%. Anyways, that doesnt matter because I lost. Account went to zero. Bonus removed.
I then redeposited with fresh new terms and a fresh new bonus with a fresh new balance.
At no time did my bets exceed $5 or 10% of my balance at all.
The casino removed $5300 in winnings and claimed I broke a prior deposit bonus rule and are retroactively confiscating all my money even though it was unrelated to the fresh new deposit and bonus.
This casino is shady as hell and nobody should play here. Ever.
Have you confronted them with this, please?
I mean to tell them that it is a completely new bonus and that you have lost the one before, so how come they did something like that? Have you tried to explain it to them?
I would really like to see what they have to say, because it seems weird to me, to tell you the truth.
Hi Romi I hope you are doing really well this morning.
Yes I have been in back and forth with them. I told them I have seen the game logs and no bet was breached.
They just claim bets prior to this bonus were breached so they are saying that my fresh new bonus and deposoit is void even though I did not break terms during it.
I have contacted the Kahnwake gaming commission about it. I have also filed a complaint here with you guys.
I can see your complaint, and if you also filed a complaint to the Kahnawake gaming commission, we have to wait and see how they will decide.
I really hope you achieve what you want to achieve.
Please keep us updated about the situation, for sure.
Everyone should know what this casino does. This is gross.
This term means, if you break a bonus term a year prior. You deposit 1 year later with a bonus and you win. They will take your winnnings and say sorry you broke a term last year so we arent paying you.
This casino just did this to me. Once my balance got so low. I breached the 10% rule ON A PRIOR DEPOSIT when trying to get the balance to zero so I can redeposit.
I made a fresh new deposit. I won. They took the winnings and said we arent paying you cause you breached a term on an old bonus.
DO NOT PLAY HERE. MY GOD THIS IS PREDATORY.
Please note that a player can bet a maximum of €/$5.00 / 50kr or 10% of the current available balance, whichever is lower, on a given round or spin when using bonuses or winnings generated from bonuses. Betting a larger proportion of one’s balance on a single round or game can lead to the voiding of this particular bonus and winnings and voiding of subsequent bonuses and winnings. Repeated abuse can lead to account termination and confiscation of balances." The terms also state the following: "the Casino reserves the right to prohibit Players from receiving any bonuses and cancel any winnings obtained using bonus funds both during and after wagering
I thought that your complaint was resolved, but now I see it wasn't. I will inform our complaint team about it.
Could you tell me if you have already received the decision from the ADR, please?
Hi there.
The ADR sided with the casino because they said "sorry we cant do anything because it is written in their terms"
This casino is a full out scam. Their term is you cannot bet 10% of your balance. If you do they take your winnings.
Guess what? Its IMPOSSIBLE TO NOT BREACH THESE TERMS. When you get to 80 cent balance..they went you to lower each bet to 8 cents, 7 cents, 6 cents etc. There is no slots thay even go this low of bet.
But guess what? They apply this retroactively? Meaning? I broke terms trying to get my balance to zero so I can redeposit. So I breached terms going to zero. My account was zeroed out. No bonus. No balance.
I then redeposit and take a fresh new bonus and they stole my money because they said "SORRY YOU BREACHED MAX BET ON A DIFFERENT DEPOSIT AND BONUS AND WE CAN TAKE ANY FUNDS MOVING FORWARD ON NEW DEPOSITS"
This means if you deposit last year and breach any bonus term and deposit a year later, they will take your winnings because you breached a term on an old unrelated deposit.
This is exactly what they did to me.
DO NOT PLAY IN NORTHCASINO.COM AND DO NOT PLAY IN ANY CASINO LICENSED BY KAHNWAKE GAMING COMMISSION
Hello, this must have been difficult.
In light of the outcome you mentioned, I am not sure whether my colleagues will be in a position to challenge that decision. But I thank you for sharing this and for the complaint efforts.
Hello, that's sadly part of what I mentioned earlier. Your review includes phrases like 'does not pay' or 'stole the money.' However, that is not how the ADR sees it. Is that correct?
The complaint is also available for anybody here 👈
As far as I can see, you closed the complaint as resolved on your end, which means you have resolved the matter. And that's how my colleagues approached that.
Besides, to help others, the casino review also includes the following warnings:

I'm sorry you experienced such issues. The forum is the perfect place for talking about the matter openly. Anyone here can read that and notice your opinion.
No that is not correct. The ADR just said "its written in the terms so there is nothing we can do"
Please read above.
I deposited took a bonus and lost. My account was zero.
I redeposited later and won with no breaking of rules.
They stole my money and said you breached a bonus term on a different deposit so now we take all money even if you didnt break any terms on this deposit.
My balance was like $2. And I was trying to get to zero. it is impossible to get to zero without breaking 10% balance rule.
One question.
Do you think any of the above is fair? Do you think its a scam? Do you think players should be warned about this? Do you think it should be included in reviews so players can see it so the same doesnt happen to them?
I dont know why you would try and hide that info from the review. Its important and protects players.
I understand why you feel strongly about this, and I can also understand why you think other players should be warned.
To be fair, I agree that these bonus terms sound very problematic, especially if they were applied to a later deposit/bonus. We generally do not consider such terms player-friendly.
However, we also need to stay fact-based in reviews. The difficulty is that the ADR did not conclude that the casino acted against its own rules, even if the outcome feels unfair. Because of that, wording such as "scam" or "stole my money" becomes difficult for us to publish as a factual statement.
There is also another complication: the complaint on our side was closed as resolved from your end, which naturally affected how my colleagues viewed the situation later.
That said, I do think your experience and concerns are important, and I agree players should be aware of unusual or unfair bonus conditions. The best way to present that is through clear facts about what happened and how these terms were applied in your case.
