This is the current situation, Pablo, I have sent an email asking for my winnings to be withdrawn in bitcoin. I don't think I will get any money out of this.

So you managed to sort it out, for which I commend you. Also, Pablo from the casino explained to you what needed to be done and there was no problem with that, am I right? You also got the money pretty quickly, which is a good sign, so do you think you'll play in this casino again? 

I succeeded, the withdrawal took 13 days, I will definitely never play poker again.

That's pretty much it anyway, the most important thing is that you got the money. 

I wish you didn't have such long waiting times anymore, but nowadays you never know.
