I made a deposit of almost 1000 euros and I made a withdrawal of 300 euros. The real 12.02.2022. Almost 5 days I write why this money is still not confirmed.. always get the same answer.

I didn't even get an insurance email about documents.

Always the same answer no matter chat or email.

Nomini has failed to confirm my address for 4 months. I have 167 euros pending as withdrawal and they refuse to verify my "proof of address" documents. It almost sounds like the staff is somehow lost so can't decide what should be accepted which is not your concern, of course. I imagine it's impossible to explain the issue to the player when you are not sure what the solution actually is. I'm also wondering how many players from Albania play in this casino.
