Hi, that's unfortunate. Do I understand correctly that you paid 9000 CZK as a withdrawal, that it will ever be made? That honestly sounds like a pretty fraudulent tactic, so I hope I misunderstood.

I won over 100,000, requested a payout, they charged over 9,000, and I've been waiting since June 6, 2025 for a payout, and they keep telling me that the developers have to check the games I played and that I have to wait, that it's standard procedure, then that it has to be approved by the finance department, and it keeps going on and on, for the last week I've been posting every day and it keeps going on and on

I take it as normal that with such a win, the casino would really ask the game manufacturer to investigate whether the game and the circumstances were okay, but somehow I still don't quite like the fee. Especially when the payout of the winnings hasn't even started yet.

In the morning they wanted a driver's license and in the afternoon they wanted my ID card and a selfie with it, but this is the second time they wanted it, 2 weeks ago they said it was fine and they recognized this document, so today nothing again And week 4 starts
their answers keep repeating themselves every 2-3 days, they have it preset otherwise the word order would be different every time
Hi, this is not very encouraging news. However, it might give you some peace of mind if you filed a complaint with us about this casino. This would mean that you would have one of our specialists on hand to try to resolve the situation with the casino.
Colleagues will be happy to review documents that the casino suddenly deems illegible and will be happy to work with the casino representative to find the problem. This of course includes anything else that needs to be resolved in connection with the payout.

I used this casino for the first time (January 2026), played a few times over the course of a few weeks, and when I won, I had to go through verification to withdraw my funds (my first time withdrawing money). They asked for additional documents several times, but for some reason they couldn't ask for everything at once. Then, to all my questions about withdrawal times, I received the standard response that the request was being processed and they couldn't give a timeframe. My withdrawal was in Ethereum, so I waited a week and, on the eighth day, pestered them with questions again. Then they said they were having some problems with Ethereum withdrawals. I got really worried, because it seemed like they were just stalling for time, waiting for me to give up on the money or cancel the request and lose it.
They asked me to cancel the request and resubmit it, withdrawing it to my card. They promised to process it with priority. I submitted a new request, and the money arrived within 10 minutes. However, the fee for withdrawing to a card is about 9%. Overall, I received my money, so the casino pays out money, but not quickly.

Unfortunately, sometimes there really are some fees on the withdrawals, and it depends on the bank the casino sends the money to, actually. It should always be written in the terms of the casino, though.
