This company is try to play around with customer. When apply bonus time to they can verify my detail. After wrong bonus they applied for me i try to contact them to cancel but they start don't want communicate with me and and said cant verify my username and date birth. Here I will send the proof to show how they lie.

Hi, I find it quite strange that they can't find an account under such a login or date of birth. So were you successfully verified or not ? 

As for the bonus, did you get the wrong one you didn't want and then asked for it to be cancelled and given the right one ? 

Also, did you try to send them a similar screenshot, for example by email, that you have such an account and the details you give them are correct ? 

Big scam! I made deposit 634 USDT and place bets, 15 minutes later my account was locked. They stole my money and don't even want to give back my deposit.

I received email that my account is reopen today but it was next lie. I couldnt login to my account so i contacted with live support and you can check what did they write back. Pathetic.

Nextbet is a scam, they don't pay, since January 19th my money has been withheld, and that is less than the deposit I am asking for.

Hello, my balance is there without the withdrawal being processed, they have cancelled it about 10 times since the date, they asked me for documents and they were sent in the same way, they do not process my withdrawal. And yes, I played sports betting and casino.

I deposited approximately 700 usd of which I lost and went down to about 350 later I won and my balance returned to 650 approximately, at that time they limited me for sports betting so I decided to withdraw my balance without having won anything since my withdrawal would be for 650 usd and the original deposit was 700 anyway it didn't matter, the problem is that from that date until now they don't pay me, and the chat is a complete joke, it seems to be automated robots that give the same answers.

I have been waiting for the money since January 19th when I started the withdrawal process and it has been cancelled on more than 5 occasions. The last withdrawal request was cancelled again today

Clear proof of what a scam it is, they put in Dafabet and when you go to talk to them they say they don't know Nextbet

In this case I would try to use our services and therefore complaint center. We have experts there who would try to find out what is going on and why you don't have the money yet. Give them a good description of the situation and since it wasn't just sports betting, I hope they would be able to work something out and contact the casino.

The same thing happened to me, but I think the problem is with the wallet address, try using ETH (ERC20) since when I chose the TRON Network (TRC20) it didn't arrive.
