Good evening, I would like to share my experience with the casino.

I deposited 25 euros earlier and after 3 hours I won about 75 euros, then wanted to withdraw 50, but it didn't work, apparently I hadn't even wagered my 25 euro stake ha ha yes yes, after 3 hours of playing I hadn't wagered it, then carried on playing and in the end I lost everything, I'm disappointed with the casino and will definitely not play here again, thumbs down.

I have played normal games and also jackpot games and it was either a software error or a trick from the casino.

And according to the general terms and conditions it says to implement it once and I am 100% convinced that I have done that.

Exactly I deposited 25 euros and the general terms and conditions say 1 time to implement the stake, problem it is not shown anywhere whether the stake is implemented and I wrote to the support and the answer was must implement the stake, nothing more than an answer came

I find it a bit strange when you say that you won €75, because that seems to me like a rollover 3x. Don't you have any gaming history in your account where you can see it ? 

I deposited 25 euros and played shining euros from egt and hot fruits 20 from another provider, had several wins and then had a total of over 100 euros and when I wanted to withdraw it said the stake had to be turned over once but if you think logically, I play for 20 cents and with 25 euros it's 125 spins and I did that easily, I just find it strange.
