So far I have been satisfied with MOND CASINO, which is also rated well here, but after I won 200 euros (200 not 200,000) the stakes on sports betting are limited to 3!!!! EURO MAXIMUM BET

Hi, that seems quite strange since 200 euros is not such a big win for the casino to limit you. But unfortunately, if the casino decides that you can only bet for that much, there's probably nothing you can do about it. Have you tried asking why this is the case and why you have such a limit? 

Apparently you can't do anything, the system would do it automatically... I almost only play sports betting, and what am I supposed to do with 3 euros?

Certainly if you have this restriction and no explanation, I would also choose another casino where I wouldn't have this issue.

I paid them out on Sunday. Their confirmation came on Monday. To date the money has not arrived, even though it said inpay will be quick if my bank has it. And my bank owns it. I got 3 payments this week alone.

This means that this casino is withholding my money. Every Inpay transfer takes me 20 minutes and less than 5 days and then it still doesn't arrive.

In addition, I was severely limited when playing because of a ridiculous win of 250 EURO. I definitely cannot recommend this casino...

Well, according to your complaint, you reached an agreement with the casino and you managed to withdraw the money on your ewallet, is that right and you have all the funds ? 

Anyway, if you did get the money, I believe you'd probably rather go play somewhere else after all you've been through here, am I right ?

Since you didn't mention anything about your negative experiences with payouts at BetOnRed Casino in the general discussion in the forum (but of course I read your complaints in this regard), I would like to contact you briefly in this way:

Above all, your mention of "delaying tactics" immediately appealed to me because that's exactly what this casino does - incredibly obviously and without exception - (Trustpilot is full of such reports, but thanks to the reviews there, it still has a deceptively positive score )!

The fact that they are defying their own terms and conditions or not complying with them is the added bonus!

Fortunately, I have many options for making this scheme public (in addition to taking legal action) and if it's any reassurance, BetOnRed will regret all of this...

I won't play there anymore either... I don't know how they get 4.6 on trustpilot. Such a hiccup every time I make a withdrawal.

I can recommend: Pledoo (payout to the account in 6 hours), Rocketplay (payout to the account in 6-8 hours or winspirit (sometimes to the account after just 2 hours).

For me, the speed of the payouts is important because, as you can see from the ones just mentioned, it can be done in a short time. IF YOU WANT!!!!

I absolutely understand that you have this opinion and it's probably best to stay with casinos where you haven't had any major problems and they don't limit you like they did in this one.

Can anybody tell me if I can use VPN on this site? Or would that be a breach?

Hello, I found that VPN is not forbidden in our system, but I would check with support and ask them about it and also screenshot it. However, why would you want to play with a VPN here ? Doesn't the casino have something written in the Terms and Conditions ?
