Hmm, I wanted to ask what the reason was for the bonus winnings being canceled, but if they don't reply and don't tell you anything, then you probably don't know either. Did you try to find out for yourself if you might have broken something? Did you have a chance to withdraw money here?

It occurred to me that if you don't know anything and no one is responding, you could try filing a complaint with us.

If they took your winnings and you feel that it was unfair, and especially if no one is saying anything, then it's probably not right.

So I would probably try this route.

I can't understand the bad review above. Support is available with just one click, and it's not AI. My KYC was even completed fully in the live chat, and now I'm in the process of withdrawing €100.
