If you want to discuss anything related to MGM Vegas Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hi I need help with MGM Vegas casino kyc verification is validating my identity but with my address they are not . They are trying to tell me my bank statement is a virtual bank and cefcu is not it's a real bank and I sent it in pdf form with many other proofs of address and yet still nothing. So if someone can help me please resolve this I would appreciate it. Thank you
Hi there,
Can you provide any utility bills that show your address? That should resolve the issues I guess.
Even though I do not understand what seems to be wrong with even with virtual banks. Sadly it seems that with the other documents, the casino is not able to explain what is missing, am I correct?
The reels keep spinning longer than necessary, making it very hard to use the stop button which never works 90% of the time. I also think their slots are set for low payouts which could in turn make them slower in performance than they would be if they were set correctly. I don't care for the 10x cash out of deposit either. I contacted them via chat and complained about the overspinning reels. The same old usual stuff. Change your browser, clean cookies etc. I even wrote several emails to support. Of course no response.
I would try to play those slots anywhere else, if they're lagging the same, it's not the casino's fault I guess.
You can also try to play the games for free in our free games section to see the difference. 🤔
Alternatively, browse the game provider's web for the original version, then compare the gameplay.
The old usual stuff is the first to suggest these days, every time I faced irregularities, I have to spend some time checking the apps using a different browser, clearing cookies, try a different device. Take it as a first step. Anyway, did you try? 🙂
That's a good idea Radka, I'll try to find a game and try to play it for free and see if it still lags. Did you read any of the reviews on MGM. Seems like a lot of reviews say the same thing I'm saying that the reels take 45 seconds to stop.
Radka, One of the games that I took a video on their site called Golden Dragon Inferno lags like crazy but works great on Casino Gurus site. So I decided to check it in another way.
I went to their site and played the same games in fun mode.
NO ISSUES AT ALL. So there you go. In real money mode they lag so it is harder for the player to win. VERY UNFAIR. When I complain to them they tell me its all good on their end.
Hello,
well, I'm not perfectly oriented on how free games are loaded and whether there could be such huge differences, but it sounds quite interesting 🤔. Care to try to ask the game provider instead of the casino?
I guess that it is just another way you can try. Capture a video while playing the "weird" games, then capture another one while playing these games in the free mode.
Try their social media profiles, and engage in chat.
I sent a video to them of the reels overspending. I finally got a response saying the same old thing reboot your computer or device. Change the browser your using and change the device you're using and everything should work fine.
I must have did this 12 times. I don't have any other issues with any other casinos with the same games only this place. They refuse to correct the problem.
The reels are probably set this way so it's harder to win.
It really sounds like the issue is on the casino's side, but could you follow what they asked you for, maybe use another device and send them another video proving you're right? I'd like to see their reaction to it.
Hello,
I guess that the casino must have some reason why they do not accept statements from this company/subject. The casino prefers the utility bills for some reason in this case. Can you provide one? It's usually the easiest way.
I would certainly try that.
Will wait for your reply.
I usually send my cable bill. Very simple. Me personally, I would never send my bank statement to anyone.
I take it that you have never had to present the bank statement to any casino, am I right? Interesting, I must say.
