This is not about character traits or attitudes to life, being more positive in life or anything like that.

This means that deposits are credited, KYC is processed quickly, customer service is friendly and easily accessible, withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, no delaying tactics, no games/white lies like, "Someone's already working on it" or "It will be processed today," etc., no unfair bonus rules, etc.

It's essentially a business, and in some ways, a risk you take. Who's to say the money will actually be paid out? Who's to say these casinos won't go into liquidation, or hijack the money, or otherwise squander it? What would you say to your members if one of your listed casinos suddenly became inaccessible?
