Hello, just one thing: local gambling authorities won't resolve such a situation. I am unsure which license would be the most appropriate choice. Example? Ireland or UKGC would strictly need proof and a very good description from the player, but since this player seems to be from Portugal, there is no such authority available. 🙁 Cucacao or AOFA? they actually do not resolve complaints; they rarely respond.
Once we find out what has happened, there is a better chance to go for a complaint with us.
Yesterday my withdrawal was canceled for the third time, on the pretext that my bank hadn't accepted it.
I asked for the name of the bank, they couldn't answer, the refusal code, they didn't know.
I found out that the casino isn't licensed, the website doesn't show a license number, and when I asked them they tried to cover their tracks.
Okay, That's completely new; thank you. Am I assuming correctly that there is no issue with a bonus anymore and the withdrawal has been cancelled because the casino claimed your bank refused the transaction?
Not sure whether I did mentioned it and it may play no role, but the casino is not licensed for your country. If I may have a word of advice, try to check that before the problems arise.
In any case, could you please respond to the following question?
"What needs to happen for your withdrawal to go through?"
Can you ask the casino, perhaps? Thank you.
They continue to insist that they have a valid license to operate. However, they lie and refuse to provide proof of the bank's refusal.
I requested the same withdrawal and I've been waiting for 2 days. It will probably be canceled again because I've realized they won't pay!
The casino does indeed possess a valid license, but not in Portugal. In any case, I believe that trying the very same payment options over again may not be the best call, because, as you said, the casino claimed that the bank refused. Even if it wasn't the case, it does not mean the same option would work later.
I suggest you start speaking with the support to discover alternative payment options. Since all my requests for screenshots of precise messages you got from the casino went into void, I honestly have no idea if you are in touch with support. Let me say it is needed. You are having quite a hard time withdrawing, so it would be very wise to focus on the casino's options and advice.
Try to ask them what you should do to get the money. Then we can take a look at those suggestions.
I've exchanged dozens of emails with support. I've been emailing them since 5/12 and all their replies are vague. Only two options are available for withdrawal: visa or sepa transfer. I've tried both, but the most viable is the transfer because the withdrawal has to be made to the same payment method.
If you give me an email I can forward you all the emails I've already exchanged with them.
Simply put, it is the player's responsibility to check where he registers. The casino offers its services to the players from many countries but has no local license for regulated markets. Perhaps this guide will help you a bit:

Eu tenho dezenas de emails trocados com o suporte. Desde o dia 5/12 que envio emails e todas as respostas que me däo sao vagas. So tem disponiveis para levantamento duas opcoes: visa ou transferencia sepa. Ja tentei as duas, no entannto a mais viavel é transferencia porque o saque tem que ser feito para o mesmo metodo de pagamento.
se me derem um email eu posso reencaminhar todos os emails que ja troquei com eles.
Well done, this is the stage we needed to reach. The bank has refused the transaction, but there is no proof. There are only two withdrawal options and no bonus issue.
Perhaps it would sound repetitive but did you try to ask what payment option you should use to get the money? No matter how you deposited.
I would very much love to see what the casino support suggested as a solution.
There is no better way around. The casino has to find the working way.
Since there are only two options available and I've already requested a withdrawal for both and it didn't work, it's easy to conclude that whatever the method, they're not going to pay.
I've asked support several times about the best method and they've chosen to ignore the question by not answering me.
Hello, the screenshot suggests a different communication with a different subject, but in my opinion, if the casino is not able to navigate you through the withdrawal issue so you can actually withdraw, it is truly time to complain.
The whole time I was trying to find out whether the casino had at least once directly suggested you should do it or whether you asked for instructions. I do not believe the Costa Rican license as a subject will be of any use in such communication. 🙁
In any case, we shall see more in the complaint.
Good afternoon, I find myself in the same situation with this casino. I tried to withdraw the first time and it was returned with the excuse that there was a problem with the provider. The second time they said there was an unknown problem and asked me to withdraw again. The third time they refused because I hadn't done the KYC. Now they've refused the KYC because the documents didn't match what they wanted, which is a lie. I have 1600 euros here in this house and I can't withdraw a single penny...
The same situation. You won't succeed. I gave up after five attempts. I lost the 500 euros
Unbelievable, I've never been through this before... I even asked them to be honest and if they're not really going to pay me to say so, so I'd give up and get it out of my head once and for all. How is it possible that this house is open? I ask the casino guru to do everything he can to get this house closed down and stop people from running out of money
