Yeah, well, the casino wrote some reviews for itself on your website... In fact, it's another scam.
After making a deposit and winning hundreds of dollars, I was asked to undergo verification. I uploaded all the documents, but they weren't accepted. After two days of waiting for an email asking me to upload new documents, I contacted the chat. They told me my documents weren't accepted and I hadn't passed verification. Therefore, my account was closed and my funds were confiscated.
Usually, if the document isn't valid, the casino asks for a new one. Or the casino is simply insolvent and claims the player is either a fraudster, has multiple accounts, or is making something up. The admins here are so stupid and obtuse that they justified the account closure by citing a failure to pass verification—a verification process they themselves perform. They don't even know that the casino simply doesn't have the right to close an account for failure to pass verification...
In short, guys, let's move on and pay less attention to the positive reviews from bots.

А здесь не нужно быть семи пядей во лбу что-бы увидеть, что все отзывы написаны ботами... Во-первых, почти все игроки, написавшие отзывы о MegaBet написали такие-же отзывы и о брате Мегабета - Grams.bet. И если Grams еще как-то вытягивает, может и выплатить небольшие суммы, то Mega похоже к выплатам не готова совсем. Во-вторых, все отзывы примерно похожи и не описывают ситуации более подробно: "все отлично, молодцы, так держать!". И в третьих, все 6 профилей были созданы в июле-августе, именно для написания отзывов под Mega-Grams. Ну и скажу честно, о хороших казино чаще всего не пишут вообще...

There is no bonus! The bonus I had, which had never been used, I had to cancel in order to make the withdrawal request. Three days later, when the time limit for processing my withdrawal had expired, they claimed there was a bonus, but obviously it was just a ploy to avoid processing the payment.

If the bonus was cancelled before you requested the withdrawal, then the casino should be able to show exactly which bonus they claim was still active. Did their support specify the name of the bonus somehow?
