Simply a lousy company I have made a deposit of 450€ since yesterday and it has not given anything they throw you out with 20 spins really guys lousy company I have asked them to close my account and I have not received any response. It is good for other players to know that they are indeed one of the worst.

I submitted three withdrawals in Magius Casino, one in 12th of October, one in 13 and one in 14. Until today, 25 October, alla withdrawals are still pending.
I contacted many times all these days with the support and every time they tell me different things: one time that they have a huge amount of withdrawals to process, the other time that the financial service face some struggles but always they tell me that they will process my withdrawals the fastest possible.
I don't know what else to do. Please help!
By the way i have read in some other threads here that people who submitted their withdrawals later than me, they have finally taken their money.

Haven't they asked for any documents from you at all?
Check also the spam folder in your email, as sometimes messages from casinos can end up there, actually.
