Hello, today I tried to log in to my MagicWin account and it won't let me. I get an error message saying "incorrect email or password." I tried to reset my password and it says there's no account with that email address. I contacted them via chat and they told me the same thing: there's no account associated with my email address. However, I have numerous emails from this casino in my account over the last two years.
I had a pending withdrawal of approximately 800 euros for more than 6 months and I saw that they have changed the location several times:
URL: At first it was magicwin, then magicwin1, magicwin2, and now I see that it loads its page in magiswin5, magicwin247, magicwin77, etc.
They removed one of their betting providers, they were without a sports betting odds provider for approximately 6 months, and now, from what I can see, they have another sports betting odds provider.
I've had a Magicwin account since the summer of 2023 and in the last year I've hardly played. When they cancelled my withdrawal, I would place a bet on sports or casino games and then withdraw the money again.
Has this happened to anyone else? Please share your experiences.
