Hello, today I tried to log in to my MagicWin account and it won't let me. I get an error message saying "incorrect email or password." I tried to reset my password and it says there's no account with that email address. I contacted them via chat and they told me the same thing: there's no account associated with my email address. However, I have numerous emails from this casino in my account over the last two years.

I had a pending withdrawal of approximately 800 euros for more than 6 months and I saw that they have changed the location several times:

Thus, in the future you should try more thorough research and be more picky about casinos you play at.

Do I assume correctly that you play outside UKGC-licensed casinos for a reason? If you live in the UK, you should stick with the license; it's safer.
