Luxury Casino blocked my VIP points 84 euros 2 years ago, they are blocked today and I can no longer redeem them. Back then I won 900 euros through free spins and implemented the bonus. After 3 weeks I finally got a payout in my bank. Afterwards my VIP points were blocked from being redeemed on my gaming account. But I'm still allowed to deposit. Where's the fair thing? I'm not aware of any guilt and if I try to clarify everything in the chat, I'll be thrown out. Who is the fraudster here..luxury Casino..

It may sound awkward, but loyalty points or bonuses are not considered real money. If we are talking about the amount the casino awarded you for free, I would not call that a fraud. I understand this issue is pretty old, so if you think this casino does not deserve your deposits, maybe you can try to find another one more suitable for you.

Actually, you do not have to be "guilty." Maybe the management simply decided you had enough free stuff as loyalty rewards based on our deposit/bonus history.

From the perspective of players, bonuses are something extra they can get from the casino, allowing them to play without depositing their own money or giving them more funds to play with after making a deposit.

That's understandable but I don't understand why I was blocked for VIP points. Why can I no longer redeem the points on my player account? All I ever hear from the casino is that this block is temporary but I can still make a deposit and collect VIP points. The lock would still remain. I would like to finally have this ban lifted... it's been over 2 years...

It looks like the casino's decision was final according to what you write since it has been going on for two years. 

Unfortunately, casinos can choose who they offer bonuses and various loyalty rewards to. And since they decided to leave you out of this, it looks like you won't get any loyalty points. Unless the casino reverses the decision. 

So as Radka recommended, if you are interested in bonuses, this casino will probably not be the best for you anymore. 🤔

I think we may have misunderstood. We cannot remove the casino lock on bonuses. That has to be the casino's decision and unfortunately there is nothing we can do in this situation. I'm sorry. As I said, if you want to play with bonuses, you will have to find another casino. 🙁
